Bigger Families: 5-6 Berth Caravans Built for Adventure

For larger families, space and comfortable sleeping arrangements are essential for a relaxed family holiday. That’s where our 5 and 6 berth models come into their own.

Designed to comfortably accommodate everyone, these caravans layouts offer bunk beds for younger children, large lounge areas and dinettes, plus cleverly arranged washrooms that make mornings easier to navigate.

We currently have three caravan layouts available with 5 or 6 berths.

Pegasus Grande GT75 Ancona

The Pegasus Grande GT75 Ancona is a single axle caravan with a dinette that can be converted into a large single for a teenager or young adult, along with fixed bunkbeds at the back of the caravan. A large double bed can be made up in the front of the caravan for parents.

The bathroom is in the back corner of the caravan meaning that anyone can access it at any time.

Pegasus Grande GT75 Ancona

Pegasus Grande GT75 Amalfi

The twin axle Pegasus Grande GT75 Amalfi has a pair of fixed bunkbeds at the back of the caravan alongside a fixed double bed. This area can be screened off at night with a sliding door so makes a great bedroom for up to four children.

As a double bed can be made up in the front lounge, it gives the option for mum and dad to sleep at the front while the children sleep at the back, or else extra guests can be accommodated in the front of the van while the back is used as a family bedroom.

There is a central bathroom which allows for easy access from both ends of the caravan.

Pegasus Grande GT75 Amalfi

The Pegasus Grande GT75 range is 8ft wide, meaning that there is extra space for all your family needs. Every caravan in the range features everything you need for a family holiday. In the kitchen there is a refrigerator with freezer compartment, oven with grill, hob and a dropdown worktop cover for extra workspace, microwave and a kitchen sink. In the bathroom, there is a shower, toilet and washbasin with storage and a wall mounted mirror.

Phoenix GT75 762

The Phoenix GT75 762 has one set of fixed bunkbeds and a dinette that can be converted into a second set of bunkbeds or a single bed. This allows up to 4 children to sleep at the back of the caravan in their own dedicated space. As with the Pegasus Grande GT75 models, parents can then make up a large double bed in the front of the caravan.

The facilities in the Phoenix GT75 are very similar to the Pegasus Grande GT75 range, with a fully equipped kitchen, washroom and connectivity via 230v sockets, USB sockets and wireless charging. The Phoenix range is also pre-wired for wi-fi.

Families with Older Children: Fixed Beds & Twin Beds for Growing Needs

As children grow, their needs evolve—and so should your caravan. For families with teenagers or older kids who have outgrown bunk beds, layouts with twin single beds or fixed beds mean that you can arrange your caravan so that everyone has their own comfortable area to sleep.

Twin single beds are available in the Phoenix GT75 642 and the Unicorn Deluxe Cadiz. Both of these layouts have twin single beds at the back which are 6’4” and 6’3” long respectively, giving plenty of room for growing teenagers.

The Phoenix GT75 642 has twin beds at the rear of the caravan making this caravan very flexible for families. The children can sleep in the beds at the back of the caravan with a concertina screen across the middle of the caravan to create a separate bedroom. Parents can then make up a double bed in the lounge for separate space and access to the kitchen after bedtime.

The bathroom runs across the back of the caravan meaning it is very spacious, and is also accessible at night to everyone as the twin beds are easy to pass by when in use.

The Unicorn Deluxe Cadiz

Like the Phoenix GT75 642, the Unicorn Deluxe Cadiz has twin beds at the back of the caravan with the ability to make up a double bed at the front.

The Unicorn range has that extra touch of luxury in addition to the comprehensive specification offered by the Phoenix GT75 and Pegasus Grande GT75 ranges, and alongside the features already mentioned in the previous ranges, also includes premium matt black and chrome fixtures and fittings, zonal and ambient lighting systems, and a 130 watt solar panel.

Lightweight Family Caravans: Easy Towing Without Compromise

For families who want a more compact option or are new to caravanning, a lightweight model makes towing and setup a breeze. The Bailey Discovery D4-4L is the ideal entry-level caravan for young families that doesn’t skimp on functionality.

Luxury Family Caravans: Travel in Style with Unicorn Deluxe & Alicanto Grande Deluxe

If you’re a family that loves to travel in comfort and style, our Unicorn Deluxe and Alicanto Grande Deluxe ranges offer premium finishes, innovative layouts, and a truly home-from-home feel.

As we’ve previously covered, the Unicorn Deluxe range includes some extra luxuries and the Alicanto Grande Deluxe range continues this offering comfort pushed to new levels with it’s four 8ft wide layouts, each with a fixed double bed and the ability to make up either a double or two twins in the front of the caravan.

Both ranges also feature the Bailey extra-large infinity window at the front of the vehicle, allowing for plenty of light and air to enter the caravan.

Heating in these ranges comes from the Alde radiator heating system, and as with all Bailey vehicles, every model has passed the EN-1645-1 Grade III classification for heating and thermal insulation, confirmed by cold chamber testing.
