New Bailey caravan ranges shine in Caravan Magazine Awards 2019

New Bailey caravan ranges shine in Caravan Magazine Awards 2019 with two category wins outright and seven further commendations in five other categories.

The all-new Phoenix 650 (see image above) claimed the ‘Best Lightweight Caravan for Families’ prize while the Pegasus Grande’s G-Shaped lounge (below) was presented with the ‘Layout Innovation Award’.

Seven further Phoenix and Pegasus Grande models were Highly Commended in a variety of categories highlighting the quality of Bailey caravans across the portfolio.

These latest accolades follow an unprecedented run of recent award success for the whole Bailey caravan portfolio, which culminated with the receipt of the Practical Caravan Magazine ‘Tourer of the Year’ award to the all-new Pegasus Grande Messina in September.

The layout includes a dedicated rear children’s bedroom with twin fixed bunks, a side dinette and a full-width, transverse end washroom. A spacious parallel bed front lounge, showcased by the signature Bailey vertical picture window, and a well-equipped central kitchen complete a layout that provides comfort and practicality in equal measure.

Expressing the virtues of the winner of the ‘Best Lightweight Caravan for Families’ Award, Caravan Magazine Test Editor, Val Chapman said:
