Whilst a customer’s first point of contact should be their supplying retailer, Bailey also provides additional assistance for existing customers covering all aspects of ownership to ensure they enjoy the best possible service from their caravan or motorhome. Parts Supply Enquiries

Customers can now order the majority of replacement parts on a chargeable basis through the Bailey Parts Direct web site.  Any request for the supply of replacement parts under the Bailey Manufacturers’ Warranty must be processed through an Approved Bailey Retailer or Approved Bailey Service Centre.

Company Holidays

As a manufacturing company Bailey takes its annual holidays on fixed dates each year and these are as follows. Please note that whilst some Departments will remain open during these periods you will experience a delay in receiving a response.

  • Spring Holiday: Monday 29th May – Friday 2nd June 2017
  • Summer Holiday: Friday 21st July – Friday 4th August 2017
  • Autumn Holiday: Dates TBC
  • Winter Holiday: Thursday 21st December 2017 – Tuesday 2nd January 2018
