Whilst a customer’s first point of contact should be their supplying retailer, Bailey also provides additional assistance for existing customers covering all aspects of ownership to ensure they enjoy the best possible service from their caravan or motorhome. Customers can now order the majority of replacement parts on a chargeable basis through the Bailey Parts Direct web site. Any request for the supply of replacement parts under the Bailey Manufacturers’ Warranty must be processed through an Approved Bailey Retailer or Approved Bailey Service Centre.
As a manufacturing company Bailey takes its annual holidays on fixed dates each year and these are as follows. Please note that whilst some Departments will remain open during these periods you will experience a delay in receiving a response.
